I'm So Over Overstock

I deal online a lot – with Netflix, Amazon, i-Tunes. All have easily navigable sites, all are adept at what they do, and each takes great pains to provide excellent customer service.

Not so Overstock.

For two months I’ve been trying to buy a wearable work suit from them, and for two months I’ve been held hostage by bad merchandise, late refunds, and incomprehensibly slow response times.

In fact, they still have my money. And I still don’t have a new work suit.
